We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first seven days after purchase, you may request a full refund.
3.2 Domain Registration:
All domain registration fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Backup Services
4.1 Ownership:
All backups are powered by BackupVilla.com and are 100% owned by SpeedHost247. We maintain backups for emergency restores and client requests.
4.2 Client Requests:
Clients may request a data restore from our backups at any time. A fee of $0.50 per 1GB of data restored will be charged for this service.
4.3 Limitation of Liability:
While we strive to ensure the integrity and availability of our backups, SpeedHost247 is not responsible for any data loss or corruption. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain their own backups in addition to those provided by us.
5. Use of Services
5.1 Acceptable Use Policy:
Clients must adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy. Any activities deemed illegal, abusive, or harmful to our servers and network infrastructure are prohibited.
5.2 Suspension and Termination:
SpeedHost247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if we suspect any violation of our policies. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.

In the event that a client posts a false or misleading review about SpeedHost247 on any public domain, SpeedHost247 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the client’s account. We may also pursue legal action against individuals or entities responsible for such reviews.

SpeedHost247 may seek damages through legal proceedings for any harm caused by defamatory or false reviews.
7. Limitation of Liability
SpeedHost247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
